As part of its distribution team, Sensory FX is seeking a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to support daily deliveries across Gauteng.
🎯 Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of goods to various customer locations across Gauteng. This role requires strict attention to detail, compliance with safety regulations (especially hazardous goods transport), and excellent customer service during deliveries.
🚚 Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Truck Driver at Sensory FX, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Transporting and delivering goods safely across Gauteng using a 3-ton truck
- Verifying delivery and collection addresses before departure and upon arrival
- Checking delivery schedules and ensuring timely drop-offs
- Confirming goods, quantities, and documentation before loading and offloading
- Ensuring secure handling of goods during transportation and delivery
- Obtaining customer signatures and completing all delivery paperwork accurately
- Assisting with physical loading and offloading of goods when required
- Maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Complying with all road safety laws and company transport procedures
- Adhering strictly to hazardous goods transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting any defects or issues to dispatch

📋 Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Valid South African Code 10 driver’s licence
- Valid hazardous goods transportation certification/license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience transporting chemical or hazardous goods
- Proven driving experience in a delivery or logistics environment
